Difint reserves the right to decline or cancel any transactions or orders at its discretion. Transactions or requests may be canceled by Difint under the following circumstances:

1. If fraudulent activity is suspected.
2. If the transaction violates the Terms of Use.
3. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Difint’s control, such as government restrictions or delivery issues.

Our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

a) Cancellation is not available for orders involving data that can be downloaded online.
b) In cases of failed transactions or duplicate payments, the full amount will be refunded.
c) For canceled orders or failed transactions, any applicable bank or card transaction fees may be non-refundable.
d) Difint cannot guarantee the accuracy or timing of refunds to the customer’s account or card.
e) For partial cancellations, refunds will be issued based on the amount of the canceled portion.
